Our 8-week plan is designed to push you, to get results and to guarantee that no-one is left behind. You’re running will improve, you’ll feel energised and will be ready to enter one of Sydney’s great running events with confidence.

BarWhen: 1pm, Monday & Wednesday

Where: Meet on the State Library stairs (Cnr of the Domain, Cahill Expressway and Macquarie St).

BarSession: 45 minutes (includes warm-up, running, strength, core and stretching).

$180 for 8 weeks (includes all training sessions, notes and 10% discount on running shoes)
